We take on Chicago projects when the scope is a good fit and the schedule works — typically bathroom and basement remodels in the city's classic bungalows and two-flats, where original plaster walls, dated bathrooms, and unfinished basements are common.
Owner Patricio Gomez spent years working construction in the Chicago area before starting the company, including new-construction and full-gut work on Chicago properties, so city lots, tighter access, and older building conditions aren't new territory — even though our day-to-day home base is out in the suburbs.

We're based in Glendale Heights, in DuPage County, and travel into Chicago for the right projects — we're upfront about that rather than pretending to be a downtown outfit.
What kind of Chicago homes do you work on?
Chicago's older housing stock — bungalows and two-flats with original plaster walls, older bathrooms, and basements — is similar in a lot of ways to the DuPage County homes we work on daily, just with a bit less lot space to work around.
How do you handle scheduling for a Chicago project from outside the city?
We plan Chicago jobs with the drive time factored in up front, so it doesn't turn into delays mid-project — ask us directly about timeline when you request an estimate.
